Airline MedView Sunday apologized to passengers for the delay in the arrival of some of their luggage from London to Lagos.

The airline issued an apology in a statement signed by its media consultant, Mr. Oyibhota Obuke and obtained by the Nigeria News Agency (NAN) in Lagos.

The statement said the airline had sent a special flight to London on Saturday to carry luggage on the left.

He said, unfortunately, the plane was returned without the baggage affected after the authorities' inability to examine Gatwick airport.

"Gatwick airport had reached the arrival of the plane, he said he had no possibility to filter the luggage because only a handful of their work was service due to holidays.

"The airline regrets the inconvenience caused to the affected passengers left their luggage still in London for this unhealthy development.

"We thought Sunday would have solved the question of the left on the luggage, if not by the Gatwick airport authorities," the airline's official operations, Mr Lookman Animashaun said.

He said another flight would leave London on Monday to bring home the luggage to the left hand, and appealed to passengers affected by their understanding. (YES YES)
