Rick Ross gets a major legal victory as the title of his album 2014.

Rick Ross has just won a prosecution mark from a rapper who claimed that violated his brain to use it as the name of your follow-up album.

Ross Mastermind used the name of his sixth studio album which was released in 2014. The US Court for the Central District of California disagreed with the plaintiff and ruled in favor of Ricky Rozay and Universal Music Group.

The applicant did not collect a penny from the millions who sought damages.

"When the claims against our customers are made, litimos very aggressive," said Ross Lawyer, Leron E. Rogers, after the court ruling was issued. "We are pleased that the court not only ruled in favor of Ross and Universal, but also took the extra step to cancel the trademark of the complainant."

Miami rapper, 40, is now free to work on their ninth studio album. He announced at the American Music ceremony would instead get You Than Me.
