Free Download 2 Chinese & Nigerian Arrested For Smuggling Elephant Tusks , Animal Skin & Indian Hemp

The two Chinese citizens and a Nigerian arrested on Friday the 23rd of December 2016 have been arraigned before a Federal High Court.

According to the Nigeria Customs Service, the suspects Ugochukwu Frank, Shu Xiang Quan and Wu Sheng were first arraigned before Justice Mohammed Hassan of the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, on December 29 on a four-count charge.

NCS PRO, Jerry Attah said the suspects were also caught with raw hide/skin, frozen chicken, Indian hemp, foreign parboiled rice and general merchandise.

Attah said the suspects’ arrest followed intensified anti-smuggling campaign/ operations.
